Kristina Bant’s Luxury Wellness Retreats
Frequenty Asked Questions
I’ve never been on a Yoga retreat and I’m newer to Yoga. Is this for me?
Yoga is for everyone and this retreat is for all levels! The answer is, you can be an advanced pro OR never have done a minute of yoga ever before!
I always ask a few questions before we leave, before I plan the itinerary, so it will be a complete custom plan for your trip! And… if you decide when you see the locale, that sitting on a lounge chair is your version of yoga, I completely support that! With that said, I love to teach everyone, from athletes to newbies to kids to older folks just trying to move a bit more. I love helping new practitioners find the correct form and little tweaks that inspire them to keep learning and deepen their practice!
Do I have to go to everything? What if I want to go explore nature or hang poolside?
This retreat is all about YOU and what you want to do. Everyone moves through the world differently and you may require something different in this experience. You may be in need of alone time, or a bit of R&R. Of course, I’d love to see you at every class and workshop, but they are COMPLETELY OPTIONAL and you are encouraged to make this all about YOU and what you need in that moment.
Are all meals included?
Bali
Most meals will be included with the exception of alcohol beverages and a couple of nights of dinner out. Daily breakfast is included as well as lunch. Kenya. Africa
All meals, snacks and beverages, water and alcohol will be included! Premium alcohol will be an additional charge. We will be going over everyone’s dietary needs well before we leave. We are on a wellness retreat, they will be nourishing us with nutritious & vibrant, locally sourced food + made with LOVE.
What about food allergies?
We can accommodate all of your needs. Club Med, as with any location I work with, has extensive knowledge and experience with various dietary needs and allergies. They have a heavy plant based and fish menu. No meat, no dairy, low-sugar, gluten-free, can be accomodated. Fruits + veggies will be abundant. I myself have several needs, and I will work with all dietary restrictions and food allergies. Just be sure to let me know ahead of time so we can keep them in the loop.
Is there a spa on site?
There sure is! (Kenya: a modest spa as much as can be provided in beautiful canvas tents on the savannah). You can book your services upon arrival or connect directly in advance to secure your spot. One 30-minute massage will be included in your package.
